With over 2.2 million incarcerated people in America, world leaders have dubbed us the "Prison Nation" because, though we have only 5% of the world's population, we house 25% of the world's inmates.

700,000 inmates are released from prison each year - more than two-thirds of them end up back behind bars within three years.

Over 70% of the crimes that result in imprisonment are directly attributed to alcohol or drug abuse.

These staggering figures are only a sampling of the mind boggling statistics that reveal the truth that we as a nation must ultimately face. Secular methods to reform criminals have failed. Humanism CAN NOT rehabilitate. It requires HOPE to transform the heart of a person and there is only one source of hope. His name is Jesus Christ!

Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and the life. Only HE can set the captive free and, when HE does, they are free indeed!
